คุณจะซื้อได้อย่างไร

1. คุณสามารถเข้าเยี่ยมชม e-bookstore ของเราได้ โดยการ คลิ๊ก ที่ลิงค์ e-Bookstore หรือ ก๊อปปี้ ลิ้ง www.itgovernance.asia ไปเปิดที่ internet browser ของทุก ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา
2. ในการเยี่ยมชม e-bookstore ของเราครั้งแรก คุณจำเป็นจะต้องเปิดบัญชีการเข้าใช้ e-bookstore ซึ่งง่ายมาก คุณสามารถทำได้โดยการคลิ๊กที “My Account” และทำตามขั้นตอนที่แสดงบนหน้าจอ
3. นอกจากนั้น “My account” ยังช่วยให้คุณจัดการรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ในการซื้อสินค้า เช่น การจัดการที่อยู่ในการจัดส่ง การติดตามสถานะของการจัดส่งสินค้า
4. สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคม itSMF ประเทศไทย ที่เข้าร่วมสมาคมก่อนวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2555 เราได้สร้างบัญชีการใช้งานของท่านไว้ให้แล้ว ซึ่งท่านสามารถเข้าไป activate บัญชีของท่านได้ที่หน้าเวปไซต์ โดยการเข้าไปที่ “My Account” แล้วใส่ อีเมล์ของท่าน รวมถึงการ เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน และกรอกข้อมูลที่จำเป็น ผ่านเวปไซต์ของเรา
5. สำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ ที่เข้าร่วมสมาคมหลังวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2555 จำเป็นจะต้องสร้างบัญชีการใช้งานใหม่ ตามที่ได้กล่าวมาในข้อที่ 2 และส่งอีเมล์เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดส่วนตัว พร้อมกับเลขที่สมาชิกของท่านมายัง servicecentre@itgovernance.asia
6. สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก สามารถร่วมซื้อสินค้า ทาง e-bookstore ได้เช่นกัน แต่ท่านจะไม่ได้รับส่วนลดใด ๆ ตามที่ได้กล่าวมา หากท่านต้องการจะสมัครเป็นสมาชิกของสมาคม itSMF ประเทศไทย ท่านสามารถอ่านรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขการสมัคร ได้ที่นี่ : itSMF Thailand

This e-Bookstore has the full range of official (TSO) ITIL titles, in all formats (including online and multiuser), plus ITGP titles, international standards (eg ISO/IEC 20000) and IT Service Management books from almost every other publisher in the world! How to Buy

1. You can visit the e-Bookstore by clicking the e-Bookstore link here, or by entering the URL (www.itgovernance.asia) into your browser from anywhere in the world.
2. First time visitors to the e-Bookshop will be required to open a new account. This is easy. Go to ‘My Account’ and follow the onscreen guidance. You can also do this as part of the automated checkout process.
3. My Account also enables you to manage addresses, track orders, manage payments, leave feedback and place further orders.
4. All members of itSMF Thailand (prior to 1 June 2012) already have an account. This has to be activated on the first visit by going to ‘My Account’, entering your email address, changing password and adding any other required information.
5. New members of itSMF Thailand (after 1 June 2012) should create an account, as above, and then email membership number details to servicecentre@itgovernance.asia so that membership privileges can be applied to the account.

Fulfillment

1. You can use MasterCard, Visa, Amex or PayPal to purchase from this store. Some organisations can also purchase using a PO and other online electronic payment options are also available. For more information on payment options, see Customer Service.
2. Digital products will be delivered to your registered email address; physical products will be delivered to your preferred shipping address and you can select express or standard shipping options.
